Refund policy

At Lindy's Cookie Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made products. Please note that any changes to your order should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. That said, we will strive to accommodate other changes that do not meet this guideline when possible.

Order cancellations are allowed only with advance notification and must be TWO WEEKS prior to the order shipping date or due date, whichever comes first. A successful order cancellation will garner either a refund of store credit, depending on where your order is in the production process and at the discretion of the store owner.

Before placing an order, we ask that you carefully review all of the product details, sizing, and other specifications to ensure that the product meets your requirements. We also encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have prior to ordering.

In the unlikely event that your baked goods are defective or have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
