When do I need to select my pickup or delivery date?
Please choose your desired pickup, local delivery, or shipping receipt date directly from the checkout page.
If a date appears grayed out, it is currently unavailable. If you need a specific date that is not listed, please email hello@lindyscookiestudio.com and we’ll let you know if accommodations may be possible.
What are the lead times?
Shipping time, including local pick up, does not include processing time. Your cookies are baked fresh and will take an estimated 2 to 5 business days for processing (aka baking & decorating) time.
We recommend booking early for holidays and special events.
What time can I pick up my order?
You may select your preferred pickup window during checkout. Final confirmation will be provided closer to your order date.
Available pickup windows:
- Between 6:30am – 8:30am
- Before 12pm
- Before 5pm
- Between 5pm – 8pm
We will coordinate the exact time with you prior to fulfillment.
